9-12-22 Have bought furniture here since Jake took over. Have completely furnished a living room and family room with couches, love seats, bookcases, a reclining chair, end tables and a coffee table to say nothing of a number of small accent pieces. The craftsmanship of all the pieces is outstanding. Both Jake and Michaele offer personalized service and helped us pick out the material we wanted to cover the couches and chairs. Since we live in Pittsburgh and have to drive nearly three hours to get to the store, and since we return repeatedly to buy things, you know how satisfied we are!!

We came in on Thursday with a family member who was looking for spice cabinets. A very sweet girl helped entertain my 21 month old son, and we ended up buying the 36” marble drop that she showed him. We traveled from NJ for Christmas and left his gift from us at home, and we decided to return it and make the marble drop his gift from us.
I’m listening to him and my husband play with it in the other room, and the “WOW”s are absolutely warming my heart. Thank you for running such a lovely shop, and please pass my thanks on to your young salesperson 😁 and the marble drop maker.

11-12-18 When "Ball Bearings" started falling out of their "Up Graded Ball Bearing Table Track" which he purchased from us within the last 6 months, we sent a new set of our "Standard Geared Track" to a local technician to replace them.
"He was very professional and competent. I only operated the new geared slide once with my wife, and it seems to operate smoothly. With 4 leaves stowed, it is a very heavy table!
Thank you for taking care of us with our problem. We really appreciate it.... Jake takes care of his customers with a high degree of integrity...if ever there should be a problem, he will make sure it is fixed".

Thanks to you, and the staff for making the entire process seem so easy on our end. We've all been through business situations with glitches but this one was as seamless as our new table and as comfortable as the chairs.
I know a few years ago that I said we'd be showing up with a rental truck one day to pick and choose from your amazing inventory. "Earlier this month, we picked up our Vernella Country King size Bed in Oak. I haven't had the time to sit down and correspond with you to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with you and receive such a pleasant buying experience with you!...
The only thing that we weren't expecting was, the king size mattress is much taller than the mattress pictured on the bed in your online catalog. Thus, most of the panel headboard is hidden, especially behind the pillows. With the new pillow top mattresses it is unavoidable that the panels in the headboard are hidden. It gives the bed a different presentation if you know what I mean.
Anyway, not that it greatly matters now that we have it and still like it very much, I wanted to enlighten you on the matter. We never considered that, when buying a bed, the mattress and box springs you are going to use may or may not conceal the headboard. We both looked at each other and said, if we knew the headboard wasn't going to be visible as it is in the online catalog with the pillow top mattress and the pillows, we might have chosen something different.

11-12-18 When "Ball Bearings" started falling out of their "Up Graded Ball Bearing Table Track" which he purchased from us within the last 6 months, we sent a new set of our "Standard Geared Track" to a local technician to replace them.
"He was very professional and competent. I only operated the new geared slide once with my wife, and it seems to operate smoothly. With 4 leaves stowed, it is a very heavy table!

I know a few years ago that I said we'd be showing up with a rental truck one day to pick and choose from your amazing inventory. Financially that isn't feasible, but we will be back on our next trip home to see what's new. (Deb's already talking about the matching side buffet.) "Earlier this month, we picked up our Vernella Country King size Bed in Oak. I haven't had the time to sit down and correspond with you to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with you and receive such a pleasant buying experience with you!...
The only thing that we weren't expecting was, the king size mattress is much taller than the mattress pictured on the bed in your online catalog. Thus, most of the panel headboard is hidden, especially behind the pillows. With the new pillow top mattresses it is unavoidable that the panels in the headboard are hidden. It gives the bed a different presentation if you know what I mean.
Anyway, not that it greatly matters now that we have it and still like it very much, I wanted to enlighten you on the matter. We never considered that, when buying a bed, the mattress and box springs you are going to use may or may not conceal the headboard. We both looked at each other and said, if we knew the headboard wasn't going to be visible as it is in the online catalog with the pillow top mattress and the pillows, we might have chosen something different.
